Leads & coordinates activities of the OE Friction Department to meet organizational objectives in the areas of productivity, quality, employee relations, safety, shipping, continuous improvement, and equipment utilization.
JOB DUTIES:
Assignment coordinating and training of Production Associates.
Ensures equipment operation in compliance with established procedures.
Leads continuous improvement and APS activities.
Promotes and maintains good working relationships with assigned groups.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
High School Graduate.
Additional education beyond high school preferred.
Leadership and/or Team building training is preferred.
SPECIAL SKILLS OR EXPERIENCE DESIRED:
Strong ability to work in and foster a team environment.
